RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL SKT ANNÆ

GENERAL

These terms and conditions govern the agreement between you and Hotel SKT. Annæ regarding room rental. The name of the company operating the hotel is specified in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, the following terms apply, with special rules for conferences and group bookings.

 

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

A booking becomes binding upon confirmation and issuance of a booking reference number, provided either verbally, in writing, or via our booking system. Your booking must include name, address, email, arrival and departure times, and payment method. An email address is essential for receiving booking confirmations and enabling online check-out. Different rates entail different terms; refer to detailed pricing information. You must be at least 18 years old to book a room at Hotel SKT. Annæ. Minors under 18 are not allowed to stay overnight unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; permission documents are not sufficient. Only employees and checked-in guests have access to hotel rooms and reserved areas for security reasons.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Cancellation terms vary based on the agreed price; refer to the confirmation details. Unless otherwise agreed or specified for the rate, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before check-in time on the arrival day. Failure to cancel a booking or late cancellation (less than 24 hours before check-in) will result in a one-night accommodation charge. You are liable for expenses incurred by the hotel due to your booking.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE AND EXTENDED STAYS

Early departure may lead to price adjustments; inform the hotel of your departure. For extended stays on a night-by-night basis, notify the hotel of departure by 6:00 pm the day before. Failure to do so will incur an extra night’s charge. The hotel will notify you by 6:00 pm the day before if no rooms are available for extension.

 

HOTEL’S OBLIGATIONS AND GUEST REQUESTS

If unable to provide the agreed room, the hotel will offer a similar or better room at no extra cost. Specify any requests during booking for the hotel’s preparation. All rooms are non-smoking; guests violating this rule will be charged for related costs. Notify the hotel in advance for pet accommodation, subject to an extra charge.

 

PAYMENT

Certain offers require advance payment deducted from the final bill. Cancelled bookings post-deadline may result in a withholding of a booking fee/advance payment. Room bills are typically settled upon arrival, with major credit and debit cards accepted. The hotel is not obligated to accept other payment methods unless specified.

 

VALUABLES AND LUGGAGE STORAGE

Valuables may be stored in the hotel’s safe, with luggage stored in a locked room. Do not leave items unattended in public areas. The hotel is not fully liable for items left in rooms or the luggage room.

 

SAFETY

Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire safety measures as instructed in your room.

 

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Hotel SKT. Annæ processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy and GDPR Rules for managing reservations and associated rights.

No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. If evidence of smoking is found in your room, a cleaning fee of 2000 DKK will be charged to your account. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Room damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or its contents during their stay. In the event of significant damage, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the full cost of repairs or replacements. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and electronic equipment.
